Counselling

There are many issues which bring you to therapy and we will come to understand these and how they affect your life and wellbeing more generally.

Whether you would like short term coping skills or to work in more depth, my role is to help you find your potential, deepen your connection with others and find your own solutions.

Challenges, crises and cross-roads, although painful can lead to positive change. Together we  can work to improve your relationships, work through difficult childhood experiences, strengthen your confidence and your sense of who you are.

 

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative relationship where we work towards your goals, developing skills and insight along the way. We will work effectively towards change, discovering what is possible for you and experiencing more of your potential.
