MSc Integrative therapy, post grad intercultural therapy

Most of my working life has been spent working with people. I started working in a therapeutic community in 1984 and since then have kept learning and evolving my practice. Over the past thirty years I have worked in the NHS, the charity sector and in private practice, as a therapist, lecturer, clinical supervisor, trainer and workshop facilitator. I’m still discovering what can be achieved through a collaborative relationship. Together we work to make changes, gain insight, increase confidence, improve relationships and work through trauma.

I have an MSc in Integrative Therapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Intercultural Therapy and am accredited to provide Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy. I also trained in energy psychology, and enjoy working holistically.

In 1985 I started running writing workshops which aimed to encourage people to find their voice and overcome blocks. Ever since, I have worked with writers, artists, photographers, musicians, film-makers, designers, journalists helping them to assess their process, identify obstacles to progress, develop strategies, manage key professional relationships, and much else besides.
